This is a role within the People and Culture team. The position will continuously think outside of the box to find the right talent within the market and work closely with Recruitment team to source multiple roles in the organization. You will also be responsible in achieving company vision to Bring the World of Travel to Everyone in the Simplest Way.
- Partnering with Recruitment team and multiple stakeholders to understand role requirement
- Together with Recruitment team and People & Culture Manager, establish innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns that will target top talent within the local market
- Generate long term talent pipeline for hard to fill roles
- Regularly sourcing, screening and becoming regular point of contact for external candidates
- Working with Recruitment team to recruit roles in a timely manner and provide insight about talent market analysis
- Ability to juggle multiple requisitions at one time
- Build strong good relationship with potential passive talent, hiring managers and all internal stakeholders
- Min bachelor’s degree from reputable university (any major)
- Having at least 1 year of experience as talent research/ sourcer in headhunting industry will be an added value, however open for technology or any other fast phase industry
- High-energy, result driven, data oriented
- Advance sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Social Media, ATS, Boolean Search, Internal/ External Referral, Social Networking Channel, etc.)
- Strong talent database management skills
- Possessed can-do-attitude and growth mindset
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills (English, Bahasa)
- Willing to work in contractual basis for 1 year
